Identify the item first
Before cleaning, find the label, original packaging and any instructions that came with the item. The product name, material and care symbols are a better starting point than a routine guessed from its appearance. Similar-looking bears may have different materials or attachments.
If the instructions are unclear, do not assume that machine washing, soaking or a particular cleaner is suitable. Ask the channel where you bought it and provide the product name and a photo of the label.
Use the guidance for each piece
For plush, look for washing and drying instructions. For a hard piece, check surface cleaning and placement guidance. For a charm, also look at the attachment and fastener for looseness. These are places to look for instructions, rather than a substitute for product-specific care.
Use the item’s label and sales information for age guidance, small parts and other use instructions too. A bear shape does not mean every product is suitable for every age.
Have the details ready when asking for help
The product name, order record, label photo and a description of the problem help the seller understand the item. Have those ready, then contact the support available through your purchase channel for advice relevant to that piece.
