Introduce your team and idea

Introduce your company or team, the brand and the project background, and explain the collaboration you have in mind. A product collaboration, corporate gift, space display or another idea can begin with its purpose and proposed format.

If you have a proposal, share a short introduction or reference material. References help explain an idea; they do not mean that a character, product or proposed use has been approved.

Explain scope and timing

Where and through which channels would the project appear? When would you like to launch it, and do you have a quantity or budget range? If figures are not settled, describe the current stage. List the intended uses on products, packaging or promotional material.

The collaboration format, permission scope, fees and delivery arrangements need further agreement. Sending an inquiry or references does not grant permission or confirm a project.

Leave a way to get in touch

Include the contact person’s name, responsibility and usual contact details. Visit the collaboration page to choose the relevant direction and share the idea. The note need not be long; a clear goal and the points you want to discuss are a useful beginning.
