Before you head out
Pick up your keys, check your bag and glance at the bear nearby. You may say a quiet “Let’s go” to yourself. A brief greeting can gradually give a small object a familiar place in your routine.
If you would like to take it along, choose a piece intended for that use and follow its carrying or attachment guidance. There is no need to force a format into a setting that does not suit it.
A glance between ordinary tasks
A bear on the desk, a book halfway read and a glass of water are ordinary things in view. Between tasks, you can glance up and greet a familiar little face. It does not have to explain your day for you.
You may enjoy the bright colors, or simply like having it there. That liking does not need to become a task or a feeling you must achieve.
Back home with a familiar friend
Put down your bag and return the bear to its usual spot. Even a day without a big story can hold small things to remember. Getting to know a Timy need not involve many words. Seeing a familiar face often is a way of spending time together.

A day with Timy along.
A favorite, just for you.
