Every photo has its own light

A color you enjoy in daylight may look different under a warm lamp. Photos work in a similar way: lighting and camera angle affect how a color appears. Screen brightness and display settings can add another difference.

If color matters most to you, look at several photos of the same item, including full views and close-ups. One styled image cannot guarantee exactly how it will appear when it arrives.

Make room for practical details

Once a Timy catches your eye, see whether the piece is plush, a charm or another small object. Products can differ in size, material and use. Color draws you in; the individual details help you decide whether it fits your plans.

For a gift, think of colors the person wears or the bag they use. For yourself, imagine where you will see it each day. Choosing a color you want to keep seeing can be more enjoyable than trying to find a supposedly correct answer.

There is no rush to decide

You can like one Timy today and come back to look at another later. Your associations with a color may change too. Meet the family, remember a name or two and let a favorite become clearer in its own time.
